About Us

Works of Power Inc. is a tax-exempt, non-profit, public entity established in 2004. The founders are Javier and Martha Rodriguez. They have been active in their ministry and communities promoting goodwill since 1991. Javier Rodriguez is the president of Risco Insurance Services Inc. located in South East Los Angeles, which was founded in 1981. Martha is a dynamic spirit-filled public speaker and mother of four. Their calling is to empower individuals to reach the highest goals in life that God has ordained for them. Mission Statement Empowering individuals to become Spirit filled leaders to impact society. Vision God created every person for a very specific time and a distinct work. He has endowed them with diverse talents and abilities to be exercised for His kingdom. The Business & Professional Ministry equips individuals to fulfill his or her God-given calling. Statement of Faith The Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative, inerrant Word of God. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The deity of Christ - His virgin birth - His sinless life. His vicarious and atoning death - His resurrection. The absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit. The ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live the Holy and Godly life. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for use today.
