Skid Row Outreach

Hope in the Heart of L.A.

While Los Angeles is often known for its wealth and glamour, Skid Row remains one of the most disenfranchised communities in California. For the past 10 years, Works of Power has faithfully returned to Skid Row every Spring, Fall, and Christmas, sharing not just meals but hope, compassion, and the Gospel.

Our outreach events go beyond food and clothing. With heartfelt worship, hot meals, groceries, and one-on-one ministry, we strive to meet both physical and spiritual needs. Each gathering is an opportunity to build servant leaders, as students and volunteers join us in embodying the love of Christ in action.

Whether it’s during Holy Week, the Christmas season, or a simple Saturday in spring, you’re invited to be the hands and feet of Jesus in downtown L.A.
